| We are an upscale and very selective consignment store. We have been in business since 1992 and have enjoyed 19 successful years. We enjoy providing our customers with a large selection of previously owned garments and accessories which we inspect extremely carefully to ensure that they are in pristine, like new condition. Fashion Exchange was originally opened by Lois Lynch who has always had a keen interest in and great flair for fashion. Lois and her husband Peter had spent many successful years in the retail industry and Lois decided to try her hand at resale as not to be in competition with Peter's brilliant career in the same town of Plattsburgh, New York. The store began in a slightly smaller location attached to the current sight. As the business steadily grew it became clear that the need for a larger store was inevitable. The new larger space has been a great move. It's bright and cheerful and has room for lots more great stuff. To quote a customer this morning "This is a place to walk around and smile, run into friends and find unique, one of a kind things for great prices." |
